Covid 19 Returns Policy update.
In the event that you need to return any part of your order for exchange or refund we would ask that you follow the government guidelines and don’t go out unless necessary.
We will be extending our returns period in line with social distancing guidelines provided by the government.
All we ask is that you send us a quick email to email@example.com With RETURN and your order number in the subject bar.
For exchanges please include the details of the exchange and we will try to ensure these items are pulled from stock for you.

Customers from the UK and Northern Ireland can create a tracked Royal Mail label for the return by clicking here but please note a fee of £2.95 will be deducted from any refund amount for the return.
Customers from outside the UK and Northern Ireland or customers from within the UK using their courier for a return are advised to use a tracked service. USASports.co.uk cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of a return if it is not sent via a tracked service
Terms and Conditions
· Orders can be returned within 28 Days of Date of Order
· In the event, an order is sent back for an exchange but the requested size is not in stock we will contact you to see if you would like to choose a different item of the same value.
· Customer is to cover the cost of original return shipping. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of the sending you the requested item once we receive the return
· Shipping & shipping return costs are non-refundable for all orders. The cost of your items only will be refunded upon receipt of a returned item.
· Only one exchange is allowed per order if a second exchange for the same order is requested it will be refunded upon delivery and not exchanged.
· Items without original tags or stickers attached will not be refunded or exchanged.
· Any items not returned in original brand new condition suitable for resale will be returned to the customer and will be ineligible for a refund or exchange
· All returns can only be refunded to the original form of payment
· Refunds and Exchanges will be processed within 7 working days of delivery of the return.
